The A-168-1 PWM Module is a pulse width modulation generator module. When an external signal such as a triangle wave, sawtooth wave, or sine wave is input, it generates a square wave based on the input signal.

Suitable input signals include those with rising and falling edges, such as LFOs, VCOs, and ADSRs. The pulse width can be modulated by external signals such as LFOs and ADSRs.

Its primary application is generating a PWM-enabled square wave from VCOs or LFOs that lack this functionality.
