In order to give our valued customers the best prices, we guarantee the lowest price in the country (valid for 2 weeks after date of purchase). Also, the world's lowest price is guaranteed for the items of the overseas brands for which Sound House is the authorized import agent (valid for 2 weeks after date of purchase). You can feel rest assured if you purchase merchandise from us. If you consider purchasing an item and find another store selling at a lower price, please feel free to contact us for the cheapest price.

■Lowest Price in Japan Guaranteed

All the items at Sound House are guaranteed the lowest prices in Japan. If you find and inform us of the item sold at a lower price than our price within 14 days after date of purchase, the difference will be refunded or kept as the deposit you can spend on your next purchase.

■Lowest Price in the World Guaranteed

For items of the overseas brands for which Sound House is the authorized import agent, we guarantee the lowest of the advertised prices in the world. Please contact us within 14 days after date of purchase to get the difference refunded or kept as the deposit you can spend on your next purchase.

Please be aware of the following conditions.

- Among the brand products for which Sound House is the authorized import agent, the products sold through the authorized overseas agents are eligible.
- We apply the exchange rate of the day with a 5% range as fluctuation risk and it will be rounded down or up to the nearest yen in favor of the foreign currency.
- For items that are not guaranteed, please refer to "Excluded Items" below.

- We can't sell items at a price below the the cost of purchase

- The customer will be responsible for the refund fee.
