The A-148V DUAL S&H is a Eurorack modular synth module featuring two sample and hold channels that generate stepped CV signals.

The A-148 DUAL S&H is a module equipped with two sample-and-hold circuits that generate stepped CV signals. The signal input to Smp.In (Sample In) is sampled the moment a trigger signal is input to Trig.In (Trigger In), and the sampled signal is output from S&H Out while maintaining a constant voltage.

The shape of the stepped CV signal changes depending on the waveform input to Smp.In. Inputting noise or random voltages generates a random CV signal, while inputting an LFO generates a rising or falling stepped CV signal.

Two LEDs on each S&H circuit display the voltage (positive or negative) of the sampled signal.

Each module (upper and lower) can be switched between sample-and-hold (S&H) and track-and-hold (T&H) modes by changing the jumper on the circuit board. In T&H mode, the output signal follows the input signal while Trig.In is at a ""high value"". When Trig.In reaches a ""low value,"" it simultaneously holds the voltage at that instant. Factory settings are configured with the upper unit for sample and hold and the lower unit for track and hold.
