How to order

  1. Add product to cart
    • Click the button "add to cart" button to place the item in the cart.
    • If you want to continue shopping, please click the menu on the left or continue shopping.
  2. Go to the order screen
    • When you have finished selecting products, click “Proceed to Order” from “View Cart” in the cart page or menu in the top right of the screen
    • Next, the login screen is displayed. When you log in, you will be taken to the order screen.
      * If you are already logged in, you will be taken to the order confirmation page.
  3. Select payment method
  4. Specify delivery destination
    • If there is a change in “Customer Information”, please click the “Customer Information” button at the top of the page or “Change Customer Information” on the order confirmation page to change the details.
    • If you need to specify the delivery date and time, issue a receipt, or specify a delivery address, fill in / select the required information.
  5. Submit order
    • Please double check your selections before sending.
    • Click the “Order” button.
  6. Confirmation email / order completed
    • You will receive an automatic email reply immediately confirming your order has been received.
    • After that, you will receive a “Sound House Order Confirmation” for cash on delivery, or a “Sound House Quote” for bank transfer.
      Depending on the time the order was received, it may take some time to send. Please note that it is usually sent during business hours.
    • In the case of bank transfer, please confirm the "Sound House Quote" and transfer the payment to the designated account.

About shipping costs

  • Sound House can ship anywhere in Japan with free shipping on orders over 1,000 yen (tax included).
  • If the total amount of one order is less than 1,000 yen (tax included), a delivery fee of 440 yen (tax included) will be charged.

About points

  • S points can be used as 1 point = 1 yen when shopping at Sound House.
  • Refer to My Page for S point acquisition / use history and balance.
  • S points are valid for 30 days from the date of acquisition.
  • S points can only be used with the account on which the points were earned, and thet cannot be transferred.
  • S points are awarded based on the date of shipment. If you use COD, they will usually be awarded 10-14 days after delivery.
  • If the customer cancels the order, the S points will expire after the expiration date./li>
  • S points reflects the points at the time of order confirmation.

How to use points

  • Click “Use Points” on the “Confirm Order” screen.
  • To use all available points, select “Use All Points”.
  • To use only some points, select “Use some points” and enter the number of points.
  • Click “Change number of points”, check that the points are applied, and click the “Confirm order” button.

* Point usage cannot be canceled after an order has been confirmed using points.

クーポンの使用方法

  1. 商品をカートに追加し、ご注文を進めてください。
  2. 拡大する お届け先とお支払方法のご選択後、ご注文内容の確認画面で4桁のクーポン番号を入力のうえ、「適用」を押下するとクーポンをご利用いただけます。
  3. 拡大する 既にクーポンコードを取得している場合、右記のメッセージが表示されます。
  4. 「取得したクーポンはこちら」をクリックし、取得済みのクーポンを表示。選択して使用します。
    ※一度に使えるクーポンは一つのみとなります。
  5. 拡大する 「注文合計」にクーポンが反映されたことを確認し、「注文を確認する」ボタンを押して進めてください。

注意点

  • サウンドハウスが発行するクーポンは、ご注文時に利用することができます。
  • クーポンをご利用の際は、「お届け先、お支払い方法の選択」画面にて、クーポンコードを入力してください。
  • クーポンには有効期間や利用回数、購入数などの制限があります。
  • 複数のクーポンを同時に使用することはできません。
  • クーポンは、サウンドハウスWEBサイトでのご利用に限ります。

About packing

In order to avoid excessive packaging for the environment, Sound House will ship in the original packaging form regardless of whether it is an overseas manufacturer or a domestic manufacturer.

About order cancelation

In principle, after the ordered product has been shipped to you by Sound House, it cannot cancelled at at your convenience. In addition, regarding orders for products that are not normally in stock, it is often impossible to cancel the order from the manufacturer, so once the product is ordered it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have any questions, such as detailed specifications and delivery date, please contact us in advance before placing an order.

How to cancel an order

You can change or cancel your order from My Page on our website.

  1. After logging in, click “My Page” in the upper right corner of the website.
  2. Click “Purchase History” in the member menu.
  3. Click “Cancel screen” next to the order you want to cancel.
  4. Check “Cancel order” and press “Cancel checked product”.
    (If you need to change the shipping address or payment method, please go to “Change” for each item ordered.)
  5. A confirmation email will be sent from our company.
  6. Please confirm the contents of the change in the received email.

* Changes / cancellations may not be accepted depending on the order contents. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

About payment receipt for your order

The receipt is issued as follows.

  • * If you use online banking, post office, or convenience store payment, we cannot issue a receipt.
      When you pay at a convenience store, you will receive a receipt in exchange for the money from the convenience store used.
      This is a proof that you actually paid, so please hold on to the receipt.
  • * We do not put an "income stamp" on the receipt.
  • * The receipt is printed at the end of the delivery note. Please keep it separately.

Days required for delivery

If the item is in stock and meets the following conditions, it will be shipped on the same day.
As for the number of days for delivery, Honshu (excluding some areas) is usually the day after shipment, Hokkaido, Shikoku, Chukoku, Kyushu two day after shipped, and Okinawa and remote islands are 5-7 days after shipment.
Arrivals may be delayed due to natural disasters, system troubles, traffic jams and other unexpected situations. Please note.

  • * Payment and order confirmation will be confirmed at our company.
    Confirmation after the time indicated above will be handled the next day, so if you wish to ship on the same day, please place your order as soon as possible.
  • * In the case of “Payment by Net Banking, Convenience Store, Japan Post Bank”, it may take 1 to 2 hours from the time of payment until we can confirm receipt of payment.
  • * For the delivery date specification, consider it as “preferred”. Please confirm the details when ordering. In addition, there may be delays due to weather, traffic conditions and the convenience of the delivery company.
  • * When ordering a product, we will contact you via email, fax or phone within 24 hours.
  • * If inventory is at another warehouses, it may take 1-2 days to combine the delivery.
  • * If you are not contacted within 2 to 3 days after placing your order, please contact Sound House.
  • * If you place an order with a shopping loan, all of the following conditions below must be met and confirmed by Sound House before orders will be shipped.
    • Receipt of "Approval number" from the loan company
    • Receipt of "Loan Application" stamped by the customer
    • In case of contract with down payment, deposit down payment

About stock status

The stock status listed for each product is as follows.

Limited stock Due to low quantities, stock may run out shortly.
Dcheduled date It will be the current expected arrival date. * The arrival schedule is subject to change without notice.
Undecided The scheduled arrival date is undetermined.
Order It needs to be ordered from the manufacturer. Please contact us about the delivery date.
Manufacturer direct Will be sent directly from the manufacturer. Please contact us about the delivery date.
Special order It may take some time for delivery because it is a made-to-order product or an overseas order.
Discontinuation Cannot be handled due to end of production.

About the delivery method of orders

Delivery of purchased items can be selected from the following methods.

  1. Bulk delivery:     A single delivery when all ordered items are available
  2. Delivered from stock: Delivered first in stock

Notice about delivery

  1. If you order multiple items, they may be delivered separately and the delivery date may be different.
    • If you pay by cash on delivery, you will only be able to receive all of the items together.
    • If overseas ordered products are included, orders will be delivered in bulk as soon as all products are available.
    • If the purchase price is less than 2,000 yen (tax included), the ordered items will be delivered together.
  2. If you have multiple orders, we may deliver them together according to the contents of the product.

About large items

  1. For large items, it may take up to a week for delivery.
  2. Please confirm the delivery date and time in advance.
  3. Delivery of goods will be done at the door or from the delivery vehicle.
  4. One driver will visit you on the day of delivery, so please help with unloading.
  5. In your absence, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

Same-day delivery in the Tokyo metropolitan area

  • This service is available for seven prefectures in the Tokyo Metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Yamanashi).
    For orders received by 6:00 am, we will arrange delivery on the day.
    The following cases will not be eligible for same-day delivery.
    • Orders including large items
    • Orders with sales office designations
    • Orders with specified delivery date
    • Orders with payment methods other than "Cash on delivery"
    * For same day delivery service, we cannot accept delivery time zone requests.
    * If the order contents are changed, it may not be eligible for same-day delivery.
    * Depending on the circumstances of the shipping company, it may not be delivered on the day.
    * Same-day delivery service is only available on business days.
    * If products are stored in warehouses outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, delivery may not be possible on the same day.
