Even if I connect the power cable, it is not charged. [JBL / EON ONE Compact]
Please follow the steps below to update to the latest firmware and reset the speaker. If the problem still persists, please contact our Support Team.
[EON ONE Compact: The Latest Version of Firmware]
1. Open the JBL Compact Connect app.
2. Select the FIRMWARE tag on the MIXER page.
3. Tap "CHECK UPDATE".
4. Your current firmware version and the latest version are displayed.
5. Tap "UPDATE" and "OK" to start updating.
6. After the update is complete, the app will reconnect and the EON ONE Compact will restart (yellow lights for CH1 and CH2, and green for CH3 and CH4).
7. The update is complete.
[How to reset the speaker]
1. Press and hold the DUCK and PHANTOM buttons until the four LEDs on CH1-4 blink.
2. They stop blinking, the speaker will restart.
