Regarding Deliveries to the Venue of the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan
We have received notice from the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition that during the period specified below, delivery operations within the Expo 2025 venue will be handled by Nippon Express Co., Ltd.
As a result, our shipments to the Expo venue will be routed through the Parcel Delivery Security Center, which may lead to delays compared to regular delivery times. In some cases, specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed, nor can we confirm exact delivery dates.

1. Due to security inspections, delivery may be delayed by approximately half a day to two days beyond standard delivery times.
2. Specific delivery dates or time slots cannot be accommodated.
3. Incomplete shipping information may result in delivery delays or rejection at the Parcel Delivery Security Center.
4. Packages must not exceed 200 cm in total dimensions (L + W + H) and 30 kg in weight. Items exceeding these limits cannot be delivered.
** Please note that we are unable to make any pre- or post-shipment adjustments or inspections regarding the contents, waybills, size, or weight of shipments to the Expo venue.
