Order Method

1. Add the item into the cart

Click the Add to Cart button for the product to add the product to your cart.
To continue shopping, click the left menu or the Continue Shopping button.

2. Proceed to the order screen

After selecting the products, click "View Cart"-"Proceed to Order" on the cart page or in the menu at the top right of the screen.
Next, the login screen will be displayed, and when you log in, you will proceed to the order screen.
*If you are already logged in, proceed directly to the order confirmation page.

3. Payment method selection

Please check your order and select a payment method.
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit Card
- Online Banking/Japan Post Bank/Convenience Store
- Online Shopping Loan
- Shopping Loan

4. Specify delivery address

If there is a change in "Customer Information", please click the "Customer Information" button at the top of the page or "Change Customer Information" on the order confirmation page to complete the change procedure.
If you have specified the date and time of delivery, issue a receipt, or specify the delivery address, please fill in / select the required items.

5. Submit your order

Please double check that the selected content is correct before it is sent.
Click the "Order" button.

6.Confirmation email / order completed

You will immediately receive an auto-reply email notifying you that you have received it.
After that, you will receive a "Sound House Order Confirmation" for cash on delivery and a "Sound House Estimate" for bank transfer, so please check the contents again.
It may take some time to send depending on the reception time of your order. Please note that it will basically be sent during business hours.
In case of bank transfer, please check the "Sound House Quotation" and transfer to the designated account.
