About delivery for oversized items

Please note the following as the product exceeds the starndard size.

  1. Estimated delivery time from ship date
    ※For back-ordered items, it will take some time before they arrive. Please check the estimated delivery date in advance.
  2. About delivery of purchased products
  3. For orders that include non-standard size items, please select a payment method other than cash on delivery.
  4. Standard size items will be shipped by regular mail.
  5. If you are not at home, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.
  6. Please note that we may not be able to deliver to some delivery addresses.
