納品書、領収書が見当たりません。もし不良品や故障した際にはどうすれば良いのでしょうか？

To protect your personal information, we have changed the way invoices and receipts are provided. For orders shipped on or after May 30, 2025, invoices and receipts will no longer be included with the shipment. Instead, they can be downloaded from your My Page after all items in your order have been delivered.

You can download and print your invoice/receipt from your purchase history in My Page.

If you experience any issues with your purchased product, we will assist you after confirming your order history. Therefore, even if you have lost your invoice, we can still accept repair requests.
