You can not do that. Exceptionally possible only for the same delivery area.
In the case of cash on delivery, you cannot basically transfer your luggage. However, forwarding is possible only if the desired forwarding address and the original shipping address are in the same shipping area. If you would like to transfer, please contact the nearest shipping company office.
