Can I download the invoice, receipt, quote, packing slip, or other documents?

You can download them from My Page.



・After you login, go to Order History.


- Choose from the list of orders.
(From the search bar, you can find the order by date.)


- Documents can be displayed on an order-by-order basis. You can print the pop-up page, or download as a PDF file.

About receipts

We will issue and include the receipt if you choose "Yes" in the "Receipt" box when you order (it will say "Reissue").
We cannot change the receipt details.
