As soon as we receive the item you request for repair, we will immediately get on estimating or repairing based on the conditions you inform us of in advance. For the items that can be repaired for free will be returned to you as soon as the repair is complete. If we do not know the details of your request, it will take us time to check the item, so please be sure to inform our Support Team in advance.
If the reason for return is unknown without the RA (Return Authorization) number, the storage period will be 7 days. Items that have passed the storage period will be returned once by freight collect.
