Direct support from the Maker

Depending on the product, the manufacturer and authorized dealers can be contacted directly.



The following makers' products will require direct support with defective/ check-up and repairs/exchange.  If an item is suspected to have a defect, please contact the maker directly. 

* Other makers will offer direct support depending on the contents.

1. Choose the URL according to the form of contact

 * For support in languages other than Japanese, on the webpage go to the upper right side of the page where it says [日本語] and click on it to change the language.

 

2. Select the product information, enter the question or problem and click 'send'.

* Ask us before you buy about the product version. If you don't know the serial number or the product version, enter "unknown" into the form.

If there is no Q&A、or the issue hasn't been resolved「1→ Has your issue been resolved?」on the screen「F The answers above don't answer my question or solve my issue」→「B No, my problem doesn't correspond with the answers on the list 」→「Continue」→ Choose「X No 」. If your issue hasn't been resolved, go to the contact form under the subject heading pertaining to your issue.
