Under Warranty Repairs

  • When you send the repair request item, we will accept it by cash on delivery only if you use Yamato Transport. If you have to use another shipping company for your convenience, please pay in advance.
  • In the case of remote islands such as Okinawa, we do not accept payment by cash on delivery. The shipping fee is borne by the customer and can be shipped from any shipping company.
  • The insurance of the shipping company will be applied for damage during transportation, but please pack it firmly to prevent accidents.
  • As a general rule, Sound House will bear the shipping cost when returning the repaired product.
  • If the cause of the problem is a difference in the operation method or judgment and there is no abnormality in the product, we may charge the shipping fee and inspection fee, so please contact us after confirming it carefully.
  • The warranty does not cover blown light bulbs / fuses, consumable parts, clogging of smoke machines / fog machines, or use exceeding the allowable input of the speaker.
