● Acceptable returns/conditions

Early defective items and receiving the wrong items, the customer must contact us within 1 week so we can perform an exchange. Outside of the previous mentioned reasons, exchanges and returns cannot be performed if the customer contacts us after 1 week.

● Returns shipping fees

If we are contacted beforehand and we have confirmed the return, we will waive the shipping fees.

● Delivery time

After we have confirmed the bank transfer is in our account, cash on delivery has has been accepted at the time of delivery, shopping loan has been approved by us, as a rule of thumb in stock items will typically be sent the same day. For sold out and special orders, we will send a mail or call about the delivery day and time.

● Payment method

Payments can be made through Bank transfers, cash on delivery, credit card, shopping loan, convenience store/Yuucho Bank.

● Payment period

Bank transfers from estimates within the time limit as a general priniple. Cash on delivery is paid at the time of delivery, and shopping loans are awarded to those who have been approved by our loan company. The order will be shipped after we have received payment so there is no payment deadline.
