Cancellation of ordered products
You can cancel from Purchase History on My Page.
Regarding the order of products that are not normally in stock, it is often impossible to cancel the order from the manufacturer, so once the order is placed, it cannot be changed.
After the ordered product has been shipped from Sound House to the customer, in principle, we cannot accept cancellation due to the customer's convenience.
