- After you have received your package, first check that the amount of items and the contents on the packing slip are correct.
- If items are damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. You must contact us within 1 week or we will not be able to accept your return.
- Be sure to save the packing slip and the warranty. The warranty document doesn't always have an official seal from the store, however, be rest assured that the contents are the same.
- If you don't have a warranty, the maker and the agency might have different warranty dates, so you may be charged for repair fees.
