No receipt in the package.

The receipt is printed on the invoice, and is attached to the outside of the package.

Please check and find it in the plastic envelope on the package. Also, we cannot issue the receipt for cash on delivery and convenience store payments.
When the shipping address and the billing address are different, the purchaser can choose whether the invoice to be sent to the shipping address or not.


The invoice and receipt copy can be downloaded and/or printed from your Order History on My Page.
