About S Points/How to use S Points

S points can be used as 1 point = 1 yen when shopping at Sound House.
Please refer to My Page for the acquisition / usage history and balance of S points.
S points are valid for 180 days from the date of acquisition. S Points for orders shipped before August 31, 2022 will expire in 90 days.
S points can only be used with the account you have earned.
S points will be awarded approximately 2 weeks after the product is shipped.
If canceled due to customer's convenience, S points that have passed the expiration date will expire.
The S points reflect the points at the time of order confirmation.
From the confirmed order on July 9, 2020, S points will be awarded based on the grant rate for each product with respect to the actual payment amount after deducting the coupon and points used at the time of ordering.
　*If you select bank transfer, online banking, postal savings, or convenience store as the payment method, your order will be confirmed after we confirm the payment. Due to the time required to confirm payment, the new point rules will be applied even if you place an order or make a payment before July 9th, or if the payment is confirmed after 9th.

How to use points

・Use points on the "Select delivery address and payment method" screen.

・Select "Use all points" to use all available points.
・To use some points, select "Use some points" and enter the number of points.
・Even if you pay with full points, you still need to select a payment method.

・Click "Change the number of points used", confirm that the points have been applied, and then click the "Confirm order" button.

*Points cannot be canceled after the order has been confirmed using points.

Point award rate calculation example

・When using points
If the point award rate is the same, the points used will be assigned in order from the product with the lowest selling price.
・Product A: 7,000 yen Grant rate: 10%
・Product B: 3,000 yen Grant rate: 10%
→Planned points to be awarded: 1,000 points
↓ When using 1,000 points
Use points: 1,000 points
＝ Total amount: 9,000 yen
→Points to be granted:900 points
Breakdown: (3,000 yen-1,000 points) x 10% + 7,000 yen x 10%

・When the point award rate differs depending on the product
If the point award rate is different, the points used will be assigned in order from the product with the lowest award rate (including coupons).
・Product A: 7,000 yen Grant rate: 6%
・Product B: 3,000 yen Grant rate: 10%
→Points to be awarded: 720 points
↓ When using 1,000 points
Use points: 1,000 points
Total amount: 9,000 yen
→Points to be granted:660 points
Breakdown: (7,000 yen-1,000 points) x 6% + 3,000 yen x 10%

・When using a coupon
If the point award rate is the same, coupons and points used will be assigned in order from the product with the lowest selling price, and if the point award rate is different, the coupon and points used will be assigned in order from the product with the lowest point award rate.
・Product A: 7,000 yen Grant rate: 10%
・Product B: 3,000 yen Grant rate: 10%
→Planned points to be awarded: 1,000 points
↓ Use 1,000 points + 10% off coupon discount
Use points: 1,000 points
Coupon discount 10%: 1,000 yen (10% of the total product price)
＝ Total amount: 8,000 yen
→Points to be granted:800 points
Breakdown: (3,000 yen-1,000 points-1,000 yen) x 10% + 7,000 yen x 10%
