When the customers' repaired items are completed, we will let the customer know. However, in the event that we don't hear back from the customer (even in the event that the customer could not contact us), we will keep the repaired item for 3 months starting from the date of the completed repair. If the customer still fails to contact us after those 3 months, we will then charge the customer with 10,000 yen for storage costs.
If the customer then fails to contact us within 6 months, we will be forced to dispose of the repaired item, and charge for the repair fee, shipping, and disposal fee.
