Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
However, in the following cases, personal information may be provided to third parties

  1. When you consent to provide information.
  2. When we receive an judgment or an order from the court based on the Act on the Limitation of Liability for Damages of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers and the Right to Demand Disclosure of Identification Information of the Senders(Act No. 137 of November 30, 2001), from the police or public agencies based on the Code of Criminal Procedure (Act No. 131 of July 10, 1948) or other regulations that stipulate investigative authority, or any formal inquiry to disclose personal information.
  3. When it is deemed necessary for the user to protect the rights, property, and services of a third party or us in violation of laws, regulations, terms of use, and guidelines regarding the use of the services we provide, and when it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
  4. When there is an imminent danger to a person's life, body, and property, and there is an urgent need, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
