Rotary Switch
An internal jumper allows two Jacks C to be connected. This allows the A-182-4 to be used as a "small 4x4 matrix. For example, rotary switch A could be used to select the input signal to the four jacks 1-4, and switch B could be used to select which of the four jacks 1-4 output this signal.
Application example
Switching audio or CV signals in a modular system without having to unplug and plug patch cables. (Switching can be done without interrupting the signal flow.)
Create a small 4x4 switch matrix.
