No sound from the wireless microphone.

Please check the following items.

  • Are the transmitter and receiver set to the same channel?
  • Is there any change in the symptom even if the transmitter battery is replaced with a new one (or fully charged in the case of a rechargeable type)?
  • If you have multiple wireless devices, does the symptom change even if you use only one set of the relevant wireless devices?
  • Are the RF and AF indicators on the receiver lit?
  • Is there any change in the symptoms even if you change the place of use?
  • Is there any change in the symptom when the device which the receiver is connected or cable is changed?
  • If the receiver is equipped with a headphone jack, is the microphone sound output from the headphones?
  • If you are using a nickel metal hydride battery, does the symptom change even if you change to an alkaline battery?
