The A-138f Dual Three-Way Crossfader is a module with two crossfaders with three inputs and one output.
Input three different signals to Input A, B, and C, and turn the corresponding knobs to switch between the three signals while crossfading them. When the knob is turned fully clockwise, only signal A is output. Turning the knob clockwise from that position mixes signals A and B and outputs them. Turning the knob to the center position outputs only signal B. Turning the knob clockwise from the center mixes signals B and C and outputs them. And when turned fully clockwise, only signal C is output.

Since this module is DC-coupled, it can be used to process both audio and CV signals.

Crossfade of VCO waveform (e.g.: sawtooth - square - triangle)
Crossfade of VCF output of multimode filter (e.g.: low pass - notch - high pass - band pass)
Crossfade of CV signal (e.g.: envelope, LFO, random)
