What does the T after the gauge mean?

Mostly, the T after the string gauge means "taper core".

Taper core is a string that is tapered near the bridge saddle. It is often used on thick gauge strings for the 5 or 6-string basses, and vibration of the strings are easily transmitted because the strings ride firmly on the bridge. It is generally said that it has excellent sustain and intonation. Some bass bridges that hook the ball ends of the strings may be compatible only for taper core strings.
