Cannot pair / connect Bluetooth earphones / headphones.

Check the following items.

  1. Make sure that the earphone / headphone battery is charged and that the power is turned on.
  2. Turn off the power of the earphones / headphones and then turn it on again
  3. Bring the earphones / headphones closer to the connected Bluetooth device.
  4. Put earphones / headphones in pairing (device registration) mode
  5. Turn off the Bluetooth function of the connected Bluetooth device and then turn it on again.
  6. Select the headphone model name displayed on the Bluetooth device and connect
