Payments through PayPay keeps failing when using smartphone

If you place an order on your iPhone using a browser other than the default browser (Safari), such as Chrome or the Yahoo app, the communication may not be completed successfully because the default browser (Safari) will be launched after the payment is completed on the PayPay app.

 

■ If the error message "PayPay processing could not be executed." is displayed,

PayPay payments may take approximately 15 minutes for your order to be reflected.
Even if an error message is displayed, if you wait, the error may be resolved and your order may be reflected successfully. Please wait for a while, and if you receive an automatic reply email confirming order acceptance to your registered email address, please rest assured that your order has been accepted.

If you do not receive an automatic reply email acknowledging receipt of your order after waiting, it is likely that your order was not completed successfully. At that time, the balance on PayPay will temporarily decrease, but the refund will be processed automatically, so please wait for a while.
If you would like to place an order again, please use the browser launched by the PayPay app.

 

■About private browsing function

If you turn on Private Browsing in Safari, your order will not be processed successfully.
If you have turned on any other functions that affect communication, please turn them off when placing your order.

 

■If the problem is not resolved

Please try paying using a PC browser (PayPay login) without using a smartphone.
