All the items at Sound House are guaranteed the lowest prices in Japan. If you find and inform us of the item sold at a lower price than our price within 14 days after date of purchase, the difference will be refunded or kept as the deposit you can spend on your next purchase.

For items of the overseas brands for which Sound House is the authorized import agent, we guarantee the lowest of the advertised prices in the world. Please contact us within 14 days after date of purchase to get the difference refunded or kept as the deposit you can spend on your next purchase.

Please be aware of the following conditions.

Among the brand products for which Sound House is the authorized import agent, the products sold through the authorized overseas agents are eligible.
We apply the exchange rate of the day with a 5% range as fluctuation risk and it will be rounded down or up to the nearest yen in favor of the foreign currency.
