The following payment institutions are available.
The payment method differs depending on the payment institution. Please check the below link for the details and follow the procedure.

User Guide

Please select "Internet banking, Japan Post Bank, convenience store payment" when ordering. The flow of delivery is as follows.

1. You will receive "Sound House Quote" within one working day after you received the order confirmation. Please access the URL in the quote.

   

2. Choose your preferred payment method and check the details.
   Please check the payment procedure, payment receipt number or institution number / confirmation number (Japan Post Bank), and pay by the indicated date.

   * When you make a payment, you will need payment receipt number(,URL to print out the Transfer slip), or institution number / confirmation number(Japan Post Bank)

   

3. Products will be shipped after we confirm your payment.

   *NOTE/p>

   • This service can only be used for online orders.

   • Convenience store payments are only available in cash.

   • Regarding the receipt. Please click here

   • You can use up to 300,000 yen (tax included) at a time (no fee required).

FAQ

・ When will I receive the transfer form?

The transfer form will not be mailed. Please print from the link provided in the "Sound House Quote" email.

・ I don't know the institution number.

Please check the link provided in the "Sound House Quote" email.

1. Click "ATM"

2. Click "Japan Post Bank"

3. "Institution number" will appear

・ I want to transfer money directly to a Japan Post Bank account.

You can't transfer money directly to a Japan Post Bank, since Sound House does not have a Japan Post Bank account.
