There is no sound coming from the treble/bass string with the Piezo pickup.

Make sure the saddle is not off the saddle slot and get onto the bridge.

If it is not properly in the slot, the saddle will not touch the pickup and does not make any sound. The saddle easily gets out of the slot because it is just put into the slot.
