The microphone connected to the audio interface is not detected.
Check the specifications of the microphone.
Turn on the phantom power when using a condenser microphone.
Use an XLR male-female microphone cable to supply phantom power. The phone-XLR female cable is not compatible.
Also, products that require power supply from the PC input jack, such as headset microphones for PC with a stereo mini, are not compatible with audio interfaces.
