Is the lifetime warranty available for the MONSTER cable sold at Sound House? [MONSTER]

The warranty for MONSTER cables sold by Sound House is subject to the warranty terms and conditions established by the authorized distributor in Japan.

Under the Sound House support policy, cable products are classified as consumable items. Therefore, any defects reported more than 14 days after delivery will generally be handled as a paid service.

However, if the authorized distributor in Japan determines that the product is eligible for free support under its warranty, we will assist you accordingly at no charge.
