When the power is on, the noise occurs. Is this a malfunction?
The noise when the power is on is commonly found in many powered type monitor speakers and PA speakers (it can be heard close to the tweeter).
If you use the speakers at the normal volume, it can hardly be heard, but if it interferes with normal use, it could be defective, so please contact our Support Team.
