What is the difference between the GE103B and GE103B-T? [GOTOH / GE103B Nickel]

The specifications of the anchor and stud are different.

There are mainly two types of Tune-o-matic bridges. The mounting method on the guitar is different. The GE103B is an ABR-1 type that can be attached directly to the body of a guitar with a threaded rod. The GE104B-T is a Nashville type that attaches to the guitar with two structures: a part that supports the bridge called a stud and an anchor that receives the stud.
