What is a downloadable item?
"Downloadable item" is merchandise in which only the item serial number will be sent to your registered email address.
If the inventory status says "Download", after you order, you will be sent the item serial number immediately.
If the inventory status says "Back Order", after you order, in a few days Sound House will receive the item serial number from the manufacturer and we will email it to you.
*Note: You will not be able to alter or cancel your order once the transaction has been made.

-------------How to Purchase (multi-cart)-----------------
Downloadable items and store merchandise are divided into separate payments even if they were bought together.
If the items in shopping cart are together with regular merchandise, the order will create 2 separate shopping carts.
You will have to create another order if "Next" is displayed in the shopping cart.
After one payment, if there are any items left in the cart as shown in the image below, please go through the payment for the remaining items.

For downloadable items, PayPay, credit cards, and PayPal are the only available options as payment methods. If you need a receipt, go to Order History in "My Page" and print out a receipt from there.
---------------How to View the Serial Number/Download Method-------------
An email with the serial number will be sent to your registered email address immediately after purchase for products displaying the inventory status "Download".
If the inventory status says "Back Order", you will receive an email with the information as shown above after the serial code has arrived at Sound House.
Under My Page in the Sound House account, you can view the item serial number from Order History.
*If the inventory status says "Download", the purchase information can take a few minutes before it is added in Order History.
Clicking "Order Details" (as shown in the smaller red box in the upper image) in Order History will display the serial/download numbers in the red box in the lower image.
Next, click on "Support Information" to display the information about the installation.
Lastly, click "Download" and you will automatically be taken to the manufacturer's page to learn about the installation.
For more details on how to install and use the software, please contact the help desk of the manufacturer.
