This time, I would like to introduce Quick Lock and ProFlex stage systems that we offer at Sound House! We are often asked “What is the difference between these two series?” I am going to compare the differences and similarities between the two series, and hope you will find it useful when selecting a stage system!
Appearance

Although they look much the same, the difference is that Quick Lock has a cylindrical leg and ProFlex has a rectangular leg.

Quick Lock has three surface specifications, while ProFlex has two. Both industrial specifications are available. In addition, both tops are available in two sizes, 1x1m and 2x1m.

Both are telescoping and can be freely adjusted in height.
Quick Lock has risers with casters, which are convenient for carrying exhibits or drum sets on them.
ProFlex has more variations in height, with a maximum height of 220 cm.
Assembly
Quick Lock
- How to assemble:
- Insert the legs into the holes in the four corners of the back of the top panel and lock with the lever.
- How to connect:
- Attach the connecting parts to the sides of the tabletop and connect the tabletop to each other.
ProFlex
- How to assemble:
- Insert the legs into the holes in the four corners of the back of the top panel and turn the screws to fix them in place.
- How to connect:
- Attach the connecting parts to the sides of the tabletop and connect the tabletop to each other.
Fit and secure the clamps for the tabletop and the legs.
Quick Lock is very simple to assemble, and as the name implies, the stage is ready to use as soon as the legs are locked.
Since ProFlex is taller, it is necessary to lock the legs and the top panel when connecting them together. This requires more parts and more processes.
Load Capacity
Both Quick Lock and ProFlex have a load capacity of 750 kg/m².
I have stood on both stages and found both to be equally stable. There is no problem at all when playing with a band or dancing on the stage!
How was it? In comparison, the two series are similar, but there were surprisingly some differences between them. It was a good opportunity for me to reconfirm the specifications of the stages.(^^) I hope this will be helpful in selecting your stage.
I hope you will choose the stage series that best suits your purpose of use, location, and budget. If you would like a quote, please feel free to contact Sound House.
We look forward to hearing from you!
