How to Choose and Order DiIMarzio Pickups

All of you must know about DiMarzio pickups. They have been used by many musicians and are still widely sold from signature models to long-selling products.
DiMarzio pickups can actually be customized to your own preference!
In this issue, I will explain how to choose and order your own DiMarzio pickups!

Basic Method to Choosing a Pickup

There are two structural points to keep in mind which are standard space and F-space.
One point to remember is there is pitch between two strings when replacing the pickup.
Since the distance between adjacent strings differs from guitar to guitar, it is necessary to choose appropriate pickups for each guitar.
This is why Sound House offers Standard Space and F-Space pickups.
Guitars with FENDER or FLOYD ROSE type tremolo have wider string spacing than GIBSON guitars, so you need to select F-Space for these types of guitars. Likewise, you will need to select the Standard Space for Les Paul and other similar guitars.

What you can do with your Order

The following three options are available for orders.

• Choose F-Space or Standard Space
• Select the color of the bobbin
• Change the color of the pole piece

From the top of the screen you can see three options below.

What a nice surprise! The familiar Super Distortion has been transformed into an original and unique creation! Being able to customize not only the sound, but also the look of the pickup yourself are great points of this product!

Explanation of Product Name Notation

It is a little confusing, but “SKU: DP100FCR+G” in the upper right corner next to the arrow is the correct product name for this specification.

It may be easier to understand if you look at the product names separately, but the specifications for this product are “DP100 F space, cream in color and gold pole piece”.
Basically, the SKU number will be updated as needed according to the combination you hoose, so this time, just keep in mind that the SKU number will change according to the product specifications!

(Standard space and default pole piece colors are never indicated in the SKU number.)

Notes on Order Products

Order products are made with special specifications and the manufacturer starts production after receiving an order from the customer,so you may not receive your order until up to 6 months after the order date. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, so please be aware of this.
