This time, I would like to talk about new spurious standards for wireless microphones that I have often mentioned recently.
In my previous blog I noted, "I don't know! Surprisingly! Wireless technology is a good story!" Due to the Radio Law-related law "Revision of Radio Equipment Regulations" released recently, the old standard wireless systems cannot be used after December 1, 2022. (Can be used until November 30, 2022) Use of old systems violates the Radio Law and is subject to penalties and fines (prison term of one year or less or a fine of one million yen or less).
As long as the spurious rules column in the technical search results introduced above is marked as "new rule", it can be used after December 1, 2022. Older standard products will no longer be acceptable after December 1, 2022.
So can do you find out?
If you already have the product
① First, let's check the telec number.

The number shown above is displayed on wireless microphones. For hand microphones, remove the battery cap where the battery is, and you can find the technical numbers along with manufacturer name.
If you have a wireless microphone without a technical number, do not use that microphone!! It will be illegal!!

You can see that it has "001YEA1176" written in it.
② LET'S GO to the URL below to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications website.
https://www.tele.soumu.go.jp/giteki/SearchServlet?pageID=js01When you click on the link, it jumps to the following page.

③ Let's enter the TELEC number!!
It is small and hard to see, but enter the TELEC number in the text box inside the red frame. This time, enter { 001YEA1176}.

After inputting, there are various other items on the way, but just skip them (laugh), and scroll down the screen all the way down, there is a "Send" button at the bottom.

④ Check the results
After inputting the TELEC number, press "Send" and you will get the following results.

The part in the red frame is the answer I want this time. Since the item of the spurious regulation is "新規定", this product can be used even after December 1, 2022 under current radio law related laws and regulations.

By the way, all current CLASSIC PRO products, a Sound House original brand, conform to the new standard. Please rest assured. The previously sold CW-PLUS series and the previous CW series (models with champagne gold receiver) also conform to the new standard.
