  We will be demonstrating Zoom's new G2 FOUR and G2X FOUR multi-effects and amp emulators for guitar on Sound House's official YouTube channel on Friday, May 26, at 18:30!
  
  Guest speaker will be guitarist Shinichi Kobayashi, who will introduce basic operations and practical tone creation methods with demonstrations.

  Shinichi Kobayashi
  He began his professional music career in 1995 with studio work including guitar recording, composing, arranging, and scoring for TV and commercial songs.
  He was a member of his own heavy rock band R-ONE and helped develop a 7-string guitar as a monitor for ESP SCHECTER guitars.
  Since 2000, he has been a GIT and national special instructor in the guitar department at the music school MI Japan.

  "Octonaut Hyperdrive" is the name of a new overdrive pedal recently released by Interstellar Audio Machines, a promising brand headquartered in Florida, USA.
  The Octonaut Hyperdrive is an effects pedal that recreates centaur distortion pedals' unique sound and responsive feel. This pedal has multiple functions. It can be used as a clean booster to increase the amp's volume without altering the tone, as a crunch pedal to add more energy to the sound, or as a distortion pedal with a broader range of gain than the original. A germanium diode that has passed rigorous testing, a boost circuit for more headroom, and a dual gain pot that skillfully blends distortion and cleanness are employed to achieve this sound. In addition, the device includes a switch that enables the user to choose between true and buffered bypass methods, which allows the guitarist to select the desired sound or situation.
