Solid State Logic introduces the “Bus Comp Classic,” a stereo bus compressor that brings back one of SSL’s most iconic processors.

Returning after an absence of approximately 20 years, the classic 1U SSL bus compressor features high-performance THAT 2181 VCAs that deliver the punch and signature “glue” associated with SSL bus compression. The new “VCA Drive” control also allows you to shape the sound from clean and transparent to aggressive and characterful, inspired by classic 4000 Series consoles. With its familiar SSL-style controls and expanded tonal flexibility, the Bus Comp Classic is a highly anticipated addition to the lineup.
