Onagawa Spring Festival 2023 will be held on Saturday, March 25, and Sunday, March 26.
On the first day of the festival, which will be held for the first time in four years, "Tsunami Denshou Onagawa Fukkou Otoko" will perform to pass on the importance of tsunami evacuation.
