If you are using iOS 15 or later, you may be able to improve by trying the following.
・ Turn off the iCloud Private Relay function
・ Update all applications in the App Store
・ Temporarily stop ad blocking tools, etc.
For customers who have trouble connecting in an environment other than iOS, there is a possibility that it can be improved by trying the following.
・ Reset the language setting to "Japanese"
・ Connect from the network of major carriers
・ Update browser extensions and temporarily stop
