I have compiled a list of true stories from repair cases I have received from customers in need of help, such as “It wasn't actually a malfunction,” “I should have checked this before sending it back,” and there were many more letters like this.
It's really that simple! It’s only natural for first-time buyers to sometimes get confused.
If you have similar problems, I may be able to help you a little.

1. Bluetooth earphones will not recharge!
In recent years, Bluetooth earphones have become so widespread that they are even sold at 100 yen stores. Bluetooth earphones are used in a variety of situations and have become a necessity in our daily lives. Bluetooth earbuds have become so commonplace that they are now even a necessity in daily life.
However, we often hear people having trouble recharging their Bluetooth earbuds after purchasing them.
If you receive a return for such a case,
“I didn't remove the protective seal.”
This case is actually quite common.
Specifically, it looks like the image below.

The yellow insulating film tape (protective seal) is attached just at the electrode portion of the charge.
This means that no matter how much you charge the charging case and set the earphone unit, it will not charge because it is insulated by the protective seal.
You would think that people would notice this, but since the protective seal is sometimes hard to see, some people unexpectedly forget and have trouble with it.
2. No Sound coming out of the CLASSIC PRO KOK700
The KOK700 is the best-selling karaoke machine at Sound House.
CLASSIC PRO / KOK700 Karaoke Amplifier
The CLASSIC PRO/KOK series has been well received by customers with the 500/1000 series, and now the 700 model is on sale. This is a versatile karaoke amplifier that can be used not only at home, but also at small to medium-sized events.
We often receive complaints of no sound as soon as the product is purchased.
Upon closer inspection, I found the cause to be as follows.
“INPUT can not be changed.”
“Cable sheathing is caught in the speaker terminals.”
Let's look at them one by one.
“INPUT can not be changed.”
It needn’t be said that the KOK700 has a function to select the INPUT.
Specifically, the AUX1/AUX2/HDMI INPUT switching is available, and it is necessary to switch the settings on the front panel side.
See below, when you press the button for INPUT switching, the red line display area switches between AUX1/AUX2/HDMI.

In the past, we have had some cases where the HDMI setting was left in place and the input signal plugged into AUX was not output that was causing problems.
First of all, it is necessary to check the input settings thoroughly.
'Cable sheathing is chewing through the speaker terminals.'
This is also a common problem.
Please see the image below.

Thus, if the cable sheath is chewed in and fixed in place, the signal cannot be correctly sent to the speaker, and therefore no sound will be produced.
Since the sheath is an insulator, it shuts off the flow of electrical signals (i.e., output signals).
Here is an image of the correct connection.
Since the terminal and the core wire are firmly connected, sound should come out without any problem.

The same is true when using a plug. Even when using a plug, it is important to make sure that the core wire of the speaker cable is firmly connected to the plug.

3. No sound coming from CLASSIC PRO MXEZ6/CDIN
CLASSIC PRO Compact Analog Mixer.
CLASSIC PRO / MX-EZ6 Analog Mixer
I have found a slightly unusual case with this mixer, so I would like to talk about this as well.
The problem was that the CDIN connector did not come out of the MAIN OUT connector.
But don't worry!
The sound comes out fine!
The reason for this is that the display on the mixer is a little confusing,
Internally, CDIN is parallel with 2TRIN”
Therefore…
If you press 2TR TO MAIN and turn up the volume of 2TR and MAIN,
MAINL/R will output from MAINL/R normally.

In other words, due to the structure of CDIN ≈ 2TRIN, if the switch 2TR TO MAIN is turned ON, CDIN can be sent to MAIN normally.
In this issue, I have introduced some examples of troubleshooting based on actual cases. This is just the first installment and I hope to have another opportunity to show all of you more examples that some of you may find useful.
