Gruv Gear, which has gained a lot of support from users for its sophisticated design and functionality, has introduced the Kapsule series of cutting-edge guitar & bass travel cases that revolutionize the way musicians carry instruments. This time, I wanted to try it out to see what kinds of product it could be used with.

The Kapsule series is a revolutionary case design developed to combine the advantages of both hard and soft instrument cases. What exactly is it made of?

First is the double structure upper part. With four pockets of different sizes, it is specially made for storage of a variety of products. The largest pocket is about 35 cm × 30 cm × 6 cm, and allows for storage of not only equipment such as notebook PCs and effectors, but even a change of clothes.

This is the section to stores the guitar, but it’s actually stronger than you would expect. The cushion uses lightweight expanded polystyrene for excellent padding and heat insulation. It’s a little harder than the memory foam of a pillow. In this case, it protects the instrument from large shocks.

There iss plenty of room in the head and soft padding for the neck.

An extra pad has been added to the area where the end pin comes in contact with the case.

There is also a pocket for a humidity control agent, which is also a nice feature that other cases do not have.

There are many points on which to recommend the Kapsule series, but here are some of the features I would like to introduce. A TSA lock with a 3-digit dial setting on the main zipper. This will give you peace of mind when checking in your baggage at the airport!

It can be easily unlocked by aligning the dial and pressing the button on the right.

Oh, this pouch is also included. The contents are...

Casters! I forgot that the Kapsule series comes with removable casters. I want to install these immediately!

The casters just slides into place, and this is easily done because the arrows show you how.

I was able to install them very easily! The caster has a locking pin that fixes it to the case, and when the caster slides in, it fits firmly into the hole on the case.

It can easily be removed by pulling the locking pin lightly and sliding the wheel in the opposite direction.

Next, it also has removable backpack style straps. The straps are thick and comfortable reducing strain on the shoulders.

The padding on the back is also thick, and is so painless that it wouldn't hurt even when running for a short distance. The case was created based on ergonomics.
So, how was that? It's surprisingly user-oriented, and I’m sure most will appreciate the manufacturer's intent and confidence in their product! The Gruv Gear Kapsule (capsule) series is the perfect guitar & bass case for today's musicians who travel the world with their instruments!
