  Report on the music event "TOSO ART ROCK FESTIVAL" organized by Shin Ichikawa, a professional bassist who is also active as a lecturer of "bass lessons learned from the basics"! A special live concert where you can easily enjoy the performances of professional musicians who are active in Japan and overseas.
  
  The sponsored "0479 Club" is an organization represented by Mr. Ichikawa. It is a team that started up to liven up the area code "0479" district (Choshi City, Asahi City, Sosa City, Yokoshibahikari Town, Tako Town, Shibayama Town, Sammu City, Kamisu City) with art.
