CATALINBREAD has released the Cold One, a new fuzz/distortion pedal that builds on and expands the circuitry of the cult-favorite DOD Punkifier, famously used by Blur guitarist Graham Coxon!

The pedal's key feature is its ability to freely blend three distinct circuits. In addition to the FUZZ BLEND control, which adjusts the balance between the distortion and fuzz circuits, it features a new GLITCH control that blends conventional fuzz with glitchy, arpeggiated fuzz in any proportion. Together, these controls create unique layers of distortion, opening up new possibilities for sound design.

By setting the distortion GAIN control to minimum, you can also achieve a clean blend, making the pedal highly effective as a low-gain drive for bass. It offers an array of practical features, including an active tone circuit, 18V compatibility, and input and output buffers that maintain signal integrity on any pedalboard.

With tones ranging from classic punk sounds to modern glitch effects, the Cold One is an exciting pedal you won't want to miss!
