Fortin Amps has introduced the “3.33,” an evolved signature model that carries on the DNA of the “33” booster, which made a major impact on the high-gain scene. Developed under the personal supervision of Meshuggah guitarist Fredrik Thordendal at every stage, it serves as a next-generation sound control center that goes far beyond the capabilities of a conventional booster, allowing players to effortlessly shape their ideal tone.
Featuring an independent two-channel design, the 3.33 lets you switch between two distinct boost channels [CH1: 3 / CH2: 33]. It also incorporates an active 2-band EQ [Bass/Treble], allowing you to adjust the frequency response, which was fixed on previous models. Furthermore, it integrates Fortin’s industry-leading “Zuul” noise gate circuit, which effectively eliminates unwanted noise between notes while preserving their attack, even with extreme levels of high-gain boost.
