The 1.2 mm-thick copper shell has been hand-hammered by skilled Japanese craftsmen to produce a sound with depth and presence. The combination of a 45°/R2.4 bearing edge and a 2.3 mm Dyna Hoop allows for a wide range of sounds, from a thick, powerful tone to a sharp attack. Furthermore, the built-in inner mute allows for precise tonal adjustment.
