Please note that orders will continue to be shipped during the holiday period. However, due to increased shipping volume and changes in carrier operations, there may be delays and we may not be able to meet
your preferred delivery date. In addition, our same-day delivery service will be suspended during the Golden Week period, and deliveries of oversized items will be made sequentially after the holiday period. We kindly ask that you place your orders well in advance.

Phone and email inquiries will be accepted on our regular business days only. For inquiries that require confirmation with manufacturers, we will respond after the manufacturers reopen, once confirmation has been obtained.

Our main showroom will also operate according to the schedule above.
However, admission may be restricted depending on congestion.
