We would like to inform you of an issue that has been identified in relation to the SHURE USB microphone “MV88-USB-C,” which was recently released, affecting certain iOS environments.

At present, there have been confirmed cases where the “MV88-USB-C” is not properly recognized on some iPhones and iPads running iOS 26.4. This issue is caused by a specific OS version combination, and in some cases, the microphone may not function regardless of the application being used.

It has been confirmed that this issue can be resolved by updating the MV88-USB-C firmware to the latest version.

■ Request Before Use
Before updating to iOS 26.4, please ensure that the MV88-USB-C firmware is updated to the latest version.

■ For Customers Who Have Already Updated to iOS 26.4
The issue can be resolved by updating the firmware using another compatible device such as a PC, Mac, or Android device.

Other Support Options
For customers who have already updated to iOS 26.4 and do not have access to another compatible device, the manufacturer can perform a repair service (firmware update). If you wish to proceed, please contact our customer support.
